Terms & Conditions

• All events must end no later than 22:00 on weekdays and no later than 23:00 on weekends with hosts, guests and items clear of the venue by 00:00.
• Event dates are not secured until a deposit has been processed. Once we receive your completed form, you will receive an e-mail with the billing information. We reserve the right to keep this deposit if you cancel.
• All decorations must be placed and removed without leaving damage. Be kind and leave the property as you found it.
• No glitter, rice, confetti, or flower petals may be used on the ground indoors or outdoors.
• No sparklers, open flames or candles of any kind are permitted.
• Smoking or use of vapes of any kind is strictly prohibited indoors. There is a designated smoking area in the garage. If you could, please keep noise to a minimum so as not to disturb the neighbours.
• We kindly ask you not to put drinks near the mixing console and not to touch it, unless you are charged of the mixing for the event.
• The garage door must remain closed for all events. The garage door may be used for client load in/load out, and event set up/tear down ONLY.
• Please do not gather in front of the venue in groups and refrain from excessive shouting. Be conscious of our neighbours when entering and leaving the venue.
• We are not liable for any belongings lost during events, you’re welcome to email us at contact@laplanque.be with details of lost property and we’ll see if anything has been handed in.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
